HatChat is led by its founding designer — a graduate of the Tsinghua Academy of Arts & Design — who has spent ten years refining one craft: the hand-woven natural-fibre hat.
The atelier works season by season. Spring brings raffia, abaca and seagrass — boaters and wide brims blocked for sun. Autumn turns to linen, paper-yarn and wool — berets and caps with a French-vintage soul.
Every silhouette is original. Every fibre is traceable. And every hat leaves the same workshop it was born in.
One atelier, one standard — from braid to blocked crown.
Raffia · abaca · seagrass · fine straw braid · linen · wool.
